Invested by Taikang Group with 2.3 billion yuan ($358.84 million), the rehabilitation center has adopted an international mode of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC).

The seniors can receive medical and care services after their retirement in the center and live as if in a self-governing community. The center has the best equipment and environment including gardens, culture corners and a hospital, and serves 1,800 elder households.
